JULY SERVICES 401(k) RETIREMENT SAVINGS WITH EMPLOYER MATCH
A 401(k) retirement account is a tax-advantaged retirement savings plan offered by SCC which allows team members to save and invest a portion of their paycheck before taxes are taken out. Additionally, SCC makes a generous contribution to your retirement account allowing you to grow your savings much quicker. See below for the matching contribution schedule.
All 401(k) accounts are held and serviced through July Services. Team members who have worked for SCC for 6 months, at least 21 years of age, and not classified as a temporary worker or intern are eligible to participate. When you reach the above length of service, you will simply go to the SCC SharePoint main page and click on the associated banner to learn more and enroll. You may enroll and manage your election any time after enrollment by going to your participant portal to review and manage your account.
