PRESBYTERIAN AND MUTUAL OF OMAHA EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (EAP)
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a workplace benefit that provides team members and their families with access to a range of support services to help manage personal and work-related issues. SCC offers two different EAP programs to ensure that all team members have access to at least (1) program.
The two programs available are the Presbyterian EAP program for those who have elected a Presbyterian Medical Plan and the Mutual of Omaha EAP program which is available to all SCC team members.

Access to EAP professionals 24/7.

Information and Referral Services.

Both employees and dependents are eligible to use the service.

Robust network of licensed and/or certified mental health professionals.

Three (3) face-to-face sessions with a mental health or legal counselor.

Legal and financial resources including online will preparation, legal library with online forms, financial tools, and other resources.

Resources for work-life balance, substance abuse, dependent and elder care resources.

Access to a library of educational articles, handouts.
